Since March of 2001, the partnership between Charlotte Land Surveying and S. Rodgers & Associates, Inc. provides full service planning and design.  The melding of the diverse backgrounds and expertise of our staff allows us to offer one source for advice and products to complete a wide range of land use projects.  Our experience includes land use planning, design, surveying, environmental assessment, contract preparation  and administration, construction inspection, construction materials testing, and project completion certification on projects both private and for public agencies.  Projects include numerous construction  projects with nearly 100 transportation improvement projects.
